Circa 2007, Spruce Saddle Lodge in Beaver Creek, CO, USA had the best fettuccine Alfredo ever. 10 out of 10. Sadly, they change their recipe every year. So, I am destined to never have that perfect blend of Alfredo sauce and fettuccine noodles ever again...

Giuseppe's Depot Restaurant
At first, Giuseppe's was awesome. A definite Italian restaurant. It was located in a retired train depot, the veiws were interesting, as they were of train tracks. Then the food came. First of all, we got the drinks. The pink lemonade tasted immensely watery. You would not believe how much the fettuccine Alfredo tasted like macaroni and cheese! The fettuccine got a 2.

Snake River Saloon
The Snake River Saloon had a wonderful atmosphere. Though the wait may take a little over half an hour for larger parties, it's worth it! Served with warm honey butter, the bread is scrumptious. Friendly waiters bring you your food mere minutes after their repetitions of "Now, what can I get for you?" But enough of this talk! Lets get down to the matter at hand: the main course. I am proud to say that this Keystone saloon served the third best fettuccine ever! Fabulously cooked pasta - not too dry, not too wet - accompanied some of the creamiest Alfredo sauce ever to form a harmony that is sure to ring loud and clear for many more diners. A definite 9-and-a-half!

Mama Rose's Restaurant
Mama Rose's Resaurant was a great place for fettuccine. It was excellent. All that it needed was a little salt and parmesan cheese. Very filling, like most Italian food. I gave it the average rating of 7 out of 10.
